The CEA always aims to monitor and make representation on any proposed guidance or legislation from the UK or European sources which may affect the combustion engineering industry.

The CEA can assist with and provide advice on all existing guidance and legislation.

We regularly consult and liaise with the UK Government through the Department of the Environment, the Department for Rural Affairs (Defra), the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), the Environment Agency, the British Standards Institution, and other statutory bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive.

We also work with similar charitable associations and trade bodies such as CHPA, IHEEM, IGEM, ICOM and SAFed on joint industry related topics.
